Our list is always growing as we get to meet and work with new vendors. Just because a vendor is not on our list does not mean that they won’t be, just that we have not yet had the honor of working with them.
We’re very open to opportunities to build relationships with your favorite licensed and insured vendors.

We have a range of catering services, available to serve at a variety of price points, depending on your desires and budget. We recommend asking your wedding planner for their recommendations as well.
You have options if you’d like to serve your guests hors d'oeuvres, a light lunch, a buffet, or a sit-down dinner.
Strauss Cabin Farmhouse has no food or alcohol minimum requirements.

We take pride in our wide selection of scratch made cupcakes. We offer over 150 flavors of cupcakes with several fresh made flavors each morning. We also make other treats like mini fruit pies, layered brownies, muffins, scones, Bundt cakes, cookies, Rice Krispy treats, breads (banana and pumpkin) and bars.

Our catering service offers Old World Italian favorites combined with the New World desire for vegan, gluten-free, and low-carb options. Start your meal with Zuppa (Italian Wedding or Tuscan bean soup), Caprese and vegan salads then move to pasta, zoodles or spaghetti squash and top with one or all our 8 sauces, including San Marzano, Fradiavolo, La Rosa, Formaggio, Carbonara, White Clam Sauce, Red Clam Sauce, or Zingara. Chef Paul Pellegrino and his staff of Italian cuisine specialists are eager to delight you with the flavors of the old country.

Macarons are my passion and I have come up with a great way to add flavor to my macaron shells, not just the fillings! I also love to bake French Fruit Tarts, such a classic. Adding a crumble top to them though is my favorite twist! My goal is to bake classics in a different way.
A while back I started baking difficult and technical desserts for my friends and family. My wonderful husband told me to go for it and start my own home bakery business this summer!
The name comes from my little sister calling me FiFi and Patisseries from my love for all things French Pastry.
I have loved baking ever since I was young because it brought joy to people! The kitchen has always been my happy place, stress reliever, thinking spot, and now where I get to work and let my creativity shine.
